Organizers assign the parking host and the entrance host independently. Each host is notified only when the guest is scanned at their checkpoint, and each acknowledgement is stored separately, so the parking record is never overwritten by the entrance record.

Can hosts acknowledge arrival notifications?

Yes. Hosts tap an Acknowledge button in the WhatsApp message. GuestFlow records the acknowledgement and its time, along with delivery and read status, for authorized event personnel.

Does GuestFlow support QR check-in?

Yes. Each guest receives a QR credential, and staff scan it with a phone at each checkpoint. Duplicate scans and guests who are not on the list are flagged.

Can GuestFlow work with an existing ticketing platform?

Yes. GuestFlow works alongside your existing ticketing platform. You can import guests from CSV or Excel, enter them manually, or connect through an API where available.
