How it works.
- Create your Campus Loop — Set up your student profile — photo, university, degree, class year, skills, projects and CV.
- Confirm eligibility — Enter your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or over. Your date of birth is never shown on your profile.
- Verify your student status — Fastest is a 6-digit code sent to your university email. No university email? Upload a student card, enrolment letter or registration confirmation for review.
- Reserve your spot — Verified students reserve one of the 500 spots. Reservations are held for a short window while you finish.
- Claim 12 months of Loop Pro — Your account switches to Loop Pro for 12 months — no payment method, no automatic renewal.
Verification and the application form need JavaScript, but the offer, eligibility rules and steps above are complete without it.
Student verification.
University email: we send a 6-digit code to your university address and you confirm it — usually instant.
Document review: if you have no university email, upload a student card, enrolment letter or registration confirmation. Documents are reviewed and then purged automatically after 30 days.
Institution verification: where a university partners with Hello-Tix, your affiliation can be verified directly. Affiliations are never self-awarded.

What is Campus 500?
A limited launch: the first 500 verified university and college students get 12 months of Hello-Tix Loop Pro free.
Who is eligible?
Current university or college students, age 18 or over, who complete student verification. Spots are counted on verified activations.
Why is Loop Pro free?
We are building Loop with students. In exchange for early use and feedback, the first 500 verified students get a year of Pro.
Do I need an NFC card?
No. Loop is digital first — your profile works with a QR code and a link. A physical device is always optional.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Campus 500 requires no payment method and nothing renews automatically.
How do you verify student status?
Fastest is a code sent to your university email. If you do not have one, you can send a student card, enrolment letter or registration confirmation for review.
What information is public?
Only what you put on your Loop profile — for example your name, photo, university, programme, interests and the links you add.
Is my date of birth public?
No. Your date of birth is used to confirm you are 18 or over and is never shown on your profile.
Can my university see my contacts?
No. Your private contacts, notes and follow-ups are yours. Universities receive aggregate reporting only.
What happens after 12 months?
Pro features simply stop unless you choose to continue. There is no automatic charge and your profile stays live.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your Loop profile and Campus data at any time from your account.
Is my university sponsoring this?
Not unless we say so explicitly. Campus 500 is a Hello-Tix programme and does not imply any university endorsement.
