Do I need a physical card to use Hello-Tix Loop?
No. Loop is digital first. You create your profile online and share it immediately by QR code, link or WhatsApp. Physical devices such as PVC cards, badges, wristbands and stickers are optional and availability varies by market.
Does the person I share with need an app?
No. Your Loop opens in any web browser, so anyone can view your profile and save your contact without installing anything.
What does Loop cost?
Digital Loop is free. Loop Pro is 15,000 XOF per year (or the local-market equivalent) and Loop Teams is custom priced for organizations.
Can I have more than one profile?
Yes. Loop Pro lets you run Personal, Business and Event profiles at the same time, each with its own link, photo, styling and analytics. Basic users choose one active profile.
Does my QR code change when I update my profile?
No. Your Loop link and QR code are permanent. You can update your details, links and design anytime and everything you have already shared keeps working.
What happens to the contacts I capture?
Captured contacts land in your Loop CRM where you can qualify them, set follow-up tasks and track opportunities. You can export or delete your data at any time from your Loop profile settings.
